Where this data is collected, it will only be used in the lawful context of providing the services to which you have purchased or enquired about, namely in the delivery of Road Safety and Driver Education via our products.

The information which we collect is saved into a Customer Relationship Management System and is hosted by a secure server which is SSL protected.
All colleagues that access this system have agreed to the GDPR Policy.
The equipment is password protected and the system itself is also password protected.

All information that we obtain is stored securely online in guidence with GDPR.
Your information will only be used in line with the GDPR guidelines and we only collect information that we believe is necessary in order to identify you once you have raised interest in a product or service that we provide.
We may contact you regarding special offers, promotional offers or educational information which work alongside the products Drive-Up Training provide.

We are contractually obligated to provide your information with affiliated parties such as franchise providers.
However, we do not sell data to other companies. Nor do we share any information who we are not contractually affiliated with.

How long do we keep your data for

We will keep your data for a period of no longer than 7 years.
This is the length of time in which we are obligated to keep certain information in accordance with HMRC guidelines.
